Minibus Repairs

Image one shows the damaged Mini Bus that has suffered rear impact damage to rear door rear panel, the O/S corner pillar, and rear side panel creased behind the wheelarch. Not seen on this image is the damage to the O/S inner panels that will be found upon stripping the interior of vehicle.

Image two shows the vehicle during the course of repair on one of our Caroliner 6.2 meter jig to realign the inner panels and pillar before we replaced the o/s side panel, pillars and door replaced. Again in this image you will note that there is the removal of specialist windows and interior for this type of vehicle. The vehicle will next be taken from the jig when completed to the paintshop and painted using the very latest paint technology in one of our two paintbooths large enough to take a vehicle of this size.

Image three shows the vehicle in the completed finished state with all the relevant specialist tail-lift, glass etc replaced ready for the customer to collect and put straight back into service without the need to seek specialists to finish off (i.e.) step tail-lift equipment. Completed to 100% finished repair before leaving our workshops.
